Payments are taken online when you sign up, then monthly thereafter. Our payments are all processed by Stripe as our provider, so you can take comfort that everything is secure. You will receive a payment receipt immediately and a VAT invoice/receipt shortly after.

Yes. Letgate includes a library of commonly used contracts – all of which are provided by Moore Blatch Solicitors. We have standard Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Assured Shorthold Tenancies for HMOs/Bedsits and Contracts for live-in Landlords – for renting a room in your own home…
There are no set limits on what you can upload, but we do have a fair use policy here. As long as the documents uploaded are related to the business of Property Management and the Tenants or Properties in your portfolio then we don’t apply a restriction. If you start uploading your holiday photos though, we might get in touch with you!

Landlords can choose to share or hide documents from their Tenants – and we will not share any data with any third parties (unless we are required to by law). Our own Team have access to your account for the purposes of support and operation of your package, but 3rd parties do not.
